So here you go on your way to making real Bulgarian tarator. Cut your cucumbers, dill and garlic. Together with the optional walnuts, salt and water you add everything to the yogurt and give it a nice stir. And voila, you are ready!
Since this soup is eaten cold you can easily prepare it hours in advance and store it in your fridge till eating time.
Tip: On a hot day...you also could add some ice-cubes for the extra touch.
